8/10 Very good

We had a great stay. The biggest thing this hotel has going for it is location, as it’s down a nice quiet little side street but is just a few minutes walk to the centre of Chiado, Rue Augusta and Praco Commercial. The rooftop bar is also really lovely. The downside for us was the room - small and sparse, didn’t feel very luxurious really. But we spent so little time in there it wasn’t an issue overall. Staff very helpful. Spa is nice - although didn’t appreciate having to wear a swim cap in the pool. Overall can’t fault the location.

The staff was super helpful and extremely friendly. The rooms were nicely tended to and very spacious. While the fitness center was definitely minimal and quite lacking (even for a Hotel of this size) it was made up for it by the luxurious spa. It’s in a great location and we found it to be a great value for where it is in Lisbon. If we ever come back, we would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful clean hotel with friendly helpful staff located in a great safe and walkable neighborhood with so many options near by. The hotel restaurant was top tier! One of our favorite spots was to watch the sunset for a drink on the terrace or at night. The breakfast was amazing food and a good mix of Portuguese food and more American breakfast items. The spa was also a great addition to our stay.

Overall great hotel. Def a 4 star hotel. Rooms are kind of small, but if you’re traveling probably won’t be there very often. Great location. Central to pretty much everything.

Immaculately clean room, well maintained hotel and spa. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast buffet is excellent. View from the restaurant is gorgeous. My only suggestion would be to allow hotel guests to charge meals/drinks to the room when at the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again. The location was convenient, I walked everywhere. It was a nice blend of local/tourist.
