Convenient and overall “ok”
Pluses: Location next to train Shopping mall with late nite food court and shopping options Friendly staff Convenient parking Negatives: Stale/moldy smell in the room (both). Came back after spending the day in city and our room filled with cigarette smoke smell which wasn’t there before. Construction of some type going on our floor at that time (could hear hammering etc) Underwhelming bathroom/room/floor amenities. Expensive additional parking fee.

Underwhelming but convenient
Both River view rooms (double) and (triple) had a musty smell in them and construction was going on the same floor. When we returned to the room in the evening we could smell cigarette smoke accumulating in our room. The hotel lobby had a good appearance and smell though the floors and rooms we felt didn’t necessarily match the quality imho. Staff was quite friendly and helpful and the rooftop bar had a decent view of the riverbank. The location we felt was conveniently located directly access a train station and a large mall which was open very late (we were there at 11pm and it was still busy) and had a large food court as well.

TIRED BUT GOOD FEATURES
This hotel certainly could use some updating. But the Sky Bar on the 16th floor is very good sushi and expensive drinks by Portugal standards… with a terrific view. The whole neighborhood is new, and less than 10 minutes from the airport.

Great!
Everything was great! The staff in front desk were friendly, knowledgeable & professional. They were very helpful. We went to have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, the staff were friendly and knew the menu, so we were able to choose exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious! The location is very convenient, across the street from the train station and the mall! I recommend this hotel and restaurant to all!!!
