We had an excellent three-night stay at this very well maintained hotel. The location was perfect (not too busy/hectic yet very easy to walk to the Metro and the trams and within walking distance to many areas), the room was tidy and pretty much soundproof and with blackout curtains, and the breakfast buffets were delicious with a variety of hot and cold options. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Our room had a canal view, and I loved being able to open the windows to get fresh air. The one negative is the water temperature in the shower kept fluctuating, but it never got too uncomfortably hot/cold.

We got in a bit early and asked if they could store our bags for us before check in. When we got there, the man working the front desk was so kind and helpful. He even asked house keeping if our room was cleaned so we could access it early. It was, and we were able to go up a couple hours early and shower and get settled right after our flights. Honestly, so helpful and unexpected! Would definitely stay here again.

8/10 Very good

The whole hotel was very warm and we had to ask to get one of our windows unlocked. The thermostat in the room offered little control over the temperature of the room. It was cold out while we were there. It's not like we were asking to run the air conditioner continually. We just wanted to turn the heat off. Also there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom that never went away. But the room was large, clean, and comfortable, and the location was pretty good.

I really liked this hotel. It was close to all the attractions, markets (for food & water), transportation or just to walk and experience whatever you run into. The breakfast was good with great customer service. When I think back at this hotel, what did I feel it missed? 1. No airport shuttle service (but super easy to catch Uber from the airport) 2. Maybe upgrading to Smart TV so guests after a long day of walking can relax and enjoy a bit of Netflix or Prime. I will definitely stay here again.
