Our stay at the hotel was perfect. Check in was very easy and we arrived early and they had a room ready for us. Elaina (not sure of the spelling) was very helpful and gave us an up graded room. We were very happy with the room on the 7th floor. It was very roomy and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable but we only had one pillow each and they were very soft. (Personal taste) The second night we asked for a second pillow and it was sent up to the room. This worked very nicely. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very close to the train station (Sloterdijk) which was only one stop to Amsterdam Central. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel.
