Overall the room was modern and had everything you needed just let down by the bed which was very uncomfortable as the springs were digging in and only 1 pillow which was rock hard. The shower head was also reallt scaled up which meant the jets went everywhere.

Lovely cosy hotel with very a friendly and helpful reception team. Unfortunately the only issue is that the hotel is a little bit more out of Central London, however the underground is only a ten minute walk away.

Last minute stay was great

At the last minute needed to stay in the London area for one more night. Found this hotels.com and this pleasantly surprised. The service staff and hotel were all amazing. Could use a little work on keeping things clean. There was something spilled all over the lidt when we arrived and it didn't look like our floor had been vacuumed. Great bed, good selection on TV, and fun tub with TV in bath.
