8/10 Very good

Had a nice stay. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, so that cannot be judged. Overall a positive impression, although the hotel lift was slightly smaller and slower than you would expect. The room was nice and the cleaning superb.

Great hotel in the centre of town . Restaurants and attractions right outside the door . Great coffee pod machine in the room , which was great . The room was huge by European standards . The staff were helpful and friendly , especially Mariana , the receptionist , who was very kind

8/10 Very good

Hotel is conveniently located, staff were very courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The room was tight, even the superior double room, the bed was very firm, and the shower has a rain shower head only. The elevator is small so only 3 people can fit (2with luggage).

10/10 Exceptional

The Lift Hotel was such a great choice. The location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything: restaurants, shops, and within walking distance of most things you want to do. You hear street noise, but not bad at all. The staff is super nice, and our room was small but nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was very delicious. We looked forward to the coffee, eggs, and pastries each morning.

6/10 Good

The property was cute and in a good location to get around. I would suggest they lay off the fragrance that they pump through the ventilation…it felt like being in a Las Vegas casino…terrible.

Amazing staff! We arrived to the hotel at a late hour, after a long flight, but the evening staff member was very friendly, helpful. Made us feel welcome right away! We had a superior room, and had ample space. It was clean, comfortable, AC worked perfectly. View from the room, of the street below, was nice. Elevator was teeny tiny, but we both did fit with our carry on luggage and bags! Great location as well, Highly recommend!!

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel was lovely, excellent location for exploring Lisbon. Right in the heart of things on a busy street with lots of life, bars, restaurants. Fair amount of street noise until midnight I’d say which didn’t bother us. Room was lovely, plenty of character in this hotel. Staff were helpful, breakfast was good. A small hotel feel to it and felt like a calm oasis as you step off the busy street. The lift wasn’t working when we stayed but we were given the option of a full refund and help finding another hotel if we wanted. Would definitely recommend!
