The location was perfect. Very central to shops, restaurants, tourist attractions and the metro. Staff were friendly and a great help. Only a few feedbacks moments. The breakfast options are the same every morning, which we got tired of, therefore even though we paid to have the option, we opted to go out a few mornings for the sake of variety. We also noticed bleach like stains all over the carpet of our room floor, not very appealing in terms of aesthetic. Room temperature control also took some getting used to as the thermostat shuts off every time the key is removed from the door, so sometimes the room would be a bit warm upon returning from the day. It would also shut off in the middle of the night sometimes, despite the key still being in. Minor things overall. Would visit again.

Great location and easy access by car or metro. The room was small but quiet and great beddings. The bathroom was super clean, with good quality towels and toiletries. I would like a little espresso machine in the room instead of the mini fridge. The breakfast was great. Very friendly and dedicated staff. A minute walk to the subway, few more minutes to the bus station. 15 minutes walk to the El Corte Ingles Mall (recommended to stop by). In winter bring your own umbrella as the rain may start any minute. Overall a good experience and a bit pricey.
