I really enjoyed my stay at The Avenue!! The front desk reception was very helpful too. I enjoyed the hot tub and I can not forget the warm cookies either. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs and very comfortable and clean!! Would definitely return!!

We only stayed the one night, so we didn't get to enjoy all that is offered, but we had a wonderful time! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and decent in size. Breakfast was nice. The Blue Hen restaurant was great!

I thought this hotel was great, it's right in the heart of everything. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, complimentary beach chairs, nice gym, helpful staff. Only issue I had is that the rooms are so close to each other just separated by a wall and there was a crying baby till 1pm. I like to go to bed early so that really disturbed me. The next night I called and asked about the noise ordinance, and they were nice enough to change my room so I could get some sleep. There is no late check out, and you do have to immediately move your car in the morning after check out, so I didn't love that. Overall though a great hotel :)
