Really nice place to stay and location. Nice pool and hot tub. Also enjoyed the wine happy hour, cookies and breakfast. Wish the bar didn't close at 9pm.

This was our 2nd time here and again it didn’t disappoint!! Great staff , clean, great pool , hot tub and sauna / steam room, fresh chocolate chip cookies every night at 8, and before that they have wine and cheese, all complementary! Free Hot breakfast every morning was great as well. Well worth the higher price then most places near the boardwalk, mist fo not have breakfast included!! Will stay there again!

Excellent location. Staff was very helpful and the included breakfast buffet was good. They also provide beach chairs and towels which many of the other resorts did not. We would definitely go back again!

It was an impromptu trip to the beach. We really enjoyed the room and its pool. Great time for my kids to burn off energy from being in the car. Loved the location. The cookies and milk feature was really cool and my kids enjoyed it. I really felt like this hotel was very family friendly. I would stay here again next time I go to the beach.

Immaculately clean rooms and common areas. Lovely, fresh scent as you enter the lobby. Nice breakfast and rooms are well insulated (you can't hear your neighbors). Convenient location. Would absolutely stay there again.

We booked a last-minute trip and were fortunate enough to snag one of the last available rooms at Avenue Inn II. We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The accommodations were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, making the entire experience effortless. Great location, wonderful atmosphere, and top-notch service—we will definitely be coming back!

This place is consistently great. It is clean, nice, and has all the necessary amenities for the beach. The breakfast is better than most hotel breakfasts. The staff are professional and helpful. I have been staying there for many years, and I haven't found anything better in Rehoboth.

Such and great experience from staff to amenities to cleanliness. This was our second time at the Avenue and they didn't disappoint. We had a room with a balcony over-looking Rehobeth Rd which was very enjoyable. Room was super clean, towels were plenty and I appreciated the staff's helpfulness. We'll definitely be going back!
