The staff were extremely kind and helpful! We were staying with our dog and they went above and beyond to ensure we'd be comfortable. They even allowed us to check in early. The hotel was clean, and as good as one will expect for an affordable hotel in a heavily traveled area. The bed was comfortable, we didn't try any of the other amenities.

Ok hotel .we only stayed one night furniture needs some replacing. Pool was not warm as stated, staff was very nice food ok for hotel . They just needs to be reminded to always check the coach bed because we had to change the sheet ourselves .

Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions. Room was clean, every morning we would see housekeeping. Breakfast was great, nice variety. Outside pool was nice but we didn't use it much. It was closed for maintenance one day. But that's understandable with so many people using the pool.

The staff was amazing! Room, bathroom, cafeteria and pool were all clean. Convenient location for shopping. Beach was nearby (5 miles) but due to summer/holiday traffic...what was supposed to be a 15 minutes ride took about 45 mins- 1 hour depending on the day. This would have been a 5-star review if the water pressure was stronger. Coming back from the beach, the family needed to deep clean asap, so better water pressure would have been appreciated.

This place is fantastic!! The carpet is a little old but the manager said they will be doing renovations later in the year. We had originally reserved the Inn at Lewes and when we got there, it was a complete crap hole so we found this hotel and the man at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. He even upgraded us to a suite for free because of our aweful experience. I couldn’t attach to the Wi-Fi and he helped me with that and the breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent. Cold and hot food options, and coffee all night long. The heated pool was a really nice size and there’s outdoor seating everywhere. Very safe and nice hotel. Definitely would stay here again.

The first room we were in was awful. Smelled horrible, dirty sheets and blankets, holes in the wall, broken bathroom door and debris against the walls on the floor of the bathroom and room itself. Vacuuming and sheet changing wasn’t done obviously. Went down to the desk and the staff was helpful (can’t say enough about them). We got a room change. The new room had a musky smell still but it was cleaner with the exception of the comforter which had black and gray filth on it.
