Location is outstanding and the pool was great for young kids. The rooms themselves though are not great and are old / outdated. The curtains barely cover the windows so it's incredibly bright at night. The hallway lights in some portions of the hotel are also very bright and remain full brightness all night, so you'll need to stuff towels under the doors if you have kids that are sensitive to light. For the price, I suspect there are better options but this is worth a visit of you're willing to deal with the downsides in exchange for pool and proximity to the beach.

Well the hotel itself was nice! The pool was beautiful and much needed. But our room, the air conditioning pretty much stopped working properly! The first night the maintenance was able to get a fan to help make it cooler. The next afternoon it started becoming unbearable (92 degrees). Tried a bigger fan but to no avail, it was horribly hot!!!! We did get to switch rooms at 1030 pm. We would had left that night and asked for a refund of some sort if not! I hope no one gets stuck with that room until they correct the problem!!!!

You need 4 to 5 more tables. And 20 more lounge chairs. I heard so many complaints about the seating at the pool. The housekeeping staff was great. Restaurants associated with the property were great. Was saddened that the bar closed at eight. Egli was the best!!!! We love him !!!! Give him a raise! Did not like the homeless people sitting at the smoking table. Back elevator light does not work.

Hotels.com does not show the real photos! The room we booked had no carpet, updated furnishings, and a new bathroom. The room we got was super old, with carpet rolling up and uncovered outdoor ac unit. Very disappointed in the bait and switch. The room was as clean as it could be for being so old, and staff were friendly, but I won’t take a chance booking here again until the whole hotel has a renovation not just certain floors

Room was clean and quiet (king suite, no balcony). Location is excellent. Parking is convenient. Furniture and bathroom are due for an update. I have some concerns about security: there is an unsecured elevator in parking lot (accessible to anyone and doesn’t require room card to be swiped) that went right to our floor.
