Hoku from the front desk was extremely helpful. There was an issue that I wont get into detail and she comp me the first and got approval from the manager for a suite throughout my stay. 5 star hospitality

The best bang for your buck stay in Waikiki by far. This place is within walking distance of everything and has an amazing ambiance. The front desk was very friendly and helpful!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Surprising and nice upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite when we arrived. I liked that there was a bar/restaurant and cafe on the ground floor. Easy access to the main stretch of Waikiki by foot. The room was clean and well stocked with towels, but it had a strange smell upon entering.

A lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Waikiki
Excellent stay, good quality rooms, well situated to the beach and local restaurants, hotel restaurant/bar very good prices. Not all the rooms face the pool (and also get little direct sun) but this was a minimal issue, we loved our stay and will be back!

It was an easy check in and check out. They were very accommodating with my old pups and got us a room by the elevator. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. The parking is off site which makes it a tad inconvenient but it’s doable since you are only paying $20 dollars a night and every other hotel is almost $50 a night to park.

The room was very charming, with a spacious balcony overlooking the canal — especially beautiful in the morning. Every night there was live music, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The room and bath were clean.
