The staff is very nice and helpful. The freezing-cold indoor pool combined with the mandatory cold-water-only showers is quite discouraging :), although guests do have access to Huttopia’s heated pool 700 metres away. The outdoor sauna and bubbleless spa are nice.
The room was clean in the main areas even if there were dusty cobwebs in corners and a small “ladybug cemetery” between the bedside table and the curtains.
The breakfast was quite modest, not ideal if you plan outdoor activities. There was 1 jam, 4.5g whipped butter plastic portions (not exactly eco-friendly as you need 3 for a single slice), chocolate-hazelnut and peanut butter. The fruit basket, hard-boiled eggs (very cold and quite firm) and pastries were served in small quantities due to an inefficient buffet setup and were often empty during breakfast, despite the staff doing their best to keep everything replenished. There was no ham, cheese or other savoury option.
Overall it was not a bad experience, but we wouldn't come back.
Thanks to the staff doing their best
