The carpet in the room was very dirty. Walking on it left you with black feet. The room smelled musty and the AC didn't work properly. There isn't a towel bar or a bench or anything for your clothes in the bathroom. Location is very conveniently located for walking downtown. The indoor pool is not heated.

We were in Gatlinburg for the Gaither Fest. The hotel was conveniently close to the convention center, within walking distance. The breakfast was varied, abundant, and delicious. We were next door to the breakfast room, but the room was sound proof enough that no noise bothered us then or during the night. My only complaints were the small, thin tissues and the high, short-sheeted bed! The bed was comfortable, though, and I brought my own Kleenex.

Location was perfect I was able to walk from the hotel to Main Street in 5min without moving my car (reason I picked this hotel) breakfast was good with variety every day, staff was very friendly and helpful and TV has many options for kids. Keep in mind this is an updated hotel, is not new, I was able to heard my neighbors but a set the fan on the AC to reduce noise and room was little humid but is the season for it (April)

My son & I had a great stay during his spring break from college. Right off the strip so no driving needed in town. The staff & hotel conditions/amenities we were very pleased with. The breakfast each morning was well prepared with plenty of good options. No doubt we will stay here again when traveling back to Gatlinburg.
