We were in Gatlinburg for the Gaither Fest. The hotel was conveniently close to the convention center, within walking distance. The breakfast was varied, abundant, and delicious. We were next door to the breakfast room, but the room was sound proof enough that no noise bothered us then or during the night. My only complaints were the small, thin tissues and the high, short-sheeted bed! The bed was comfortable, though, and I brought my own Kleenex.

Got there late pulled out the pull out couch for my daughter and found dirty girls underwear and crumbs under it the staff came to my room and took them after I used a hanger and a trash bag and threw both away was told the pool was closed and it wasn't but it was all the way in the basement and darkish did not like but the beds were comfy and had a tree frog on the ledge of my window

Depends on what time you got down to the breakfast rather it was fresh or not. Overall the room was clean but there was some mold in the window seals and in the bathroom, not ideal for someone with Asthma, we did not notice this until the day we left or would have asked to be moved. All the staff were very friendly.
