Good but pricy.
The staff were very nice, in particular Ioana....she was vet helpful. Located minutes from limehouse DLR. Room was very clean and spacious but odd like we found most London flats. Sparse in eating selection but the takeout Fish Bar across the street was very good. Twenty pound buys you a feast for two. Prices vary from hour to hour...we ended up paying $225 CAD plus tax per nite which is too much for this place. On our tour of London, we decide to only stay a few nights in each spot in various places. We ended up in Lewisham and that was by far a good move. We stayed at Stayciyt which is seconds from the depthforth bridge station. All good.

poor condition
let down. usually stay at marlin stratford which is much cleaner, and an overall better stay. the glass shower curtain did not work and the bathroom floor got repeatedly soaked as a result. the vent in the bathroom was not working making the whole flat humid and steamy. the can opener was broken meaning we couldn't make breakfast which was a real waste of shopping. the flat was dirty and dusty. the service was very good and team were very friendly but massively let down by the condition considering we paid over £120 for one nights stay.

Great Budget Accommodation.
Although the Apartment building is a bit old and on arriving it was a bit dusty on the curtains and floor but nothing a vacuum didn’t fix. The big plus about this place is the customer service people, they are excellent. Overall it was the right location for our budget as we were visiting someone in the Royal London Hospital. I give them 7.5 out of 10 because the accommodation met our needs and the customer service personnel were great to deal with.
