Great location and very clean hotel. The room was extremely quiet for being in a downtown location. Hotel staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.

8/10 Very good

We stayed on 2 different occasions. The first room was excellent. The second stay about 4 days later was not as good. The room’s AC would not turn on and the hallway had a smell that we could not determine. The staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Great location, close to a good bakery/cafe and lots of bars and shops, good basic hotel. Good showers and great aircon. Two receptionists I spoke to were nice guys. Also very convenient for the metro. 20 minutes from airport by taxi.

Amazing location close to the water and in the centre of the city. Staff were lovely and really helpful; with some special touches to make our stay memorable. The hotel was kept nice and clean. Only reason to dock a star in amenities was that access to filtered water in the rooms would have been good - maybe some bigger glasses / reusable bottles at reception. Fantastic stay though!

Great location. Good street /room sound proofing. Blackout curtain could have fitted better. Nice clean tidy. Helpful staff. Rooms are small for twin beds and were together which didn’t bother me/sister but they were comfy.

8/10 Very good

We spent six days at The 7 Hotel and had a wonderful experience in March . The location is perfect, within walking distance of almost all the major tourist attractions and lots of bar and restaurants . The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was professional and very helpful throughout our stay. While the elevator was out of service for one day, the overall quality of the service and the convenience of the location more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon.
