The best stay in Lisbon!
Honestly I think this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in, perfectly clean, gorgeous rooms, the service was exceptional and the breakfast delicious. The location was spot on, in the middle of everything but just out of the square so it was peaceful at night. I couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you for a perfect stay.

Everything was good except for the air conditioning which did not work. This is essential during summer since it is very warm and the AC is good to have a good night sleep. We tried to get another room with an air conditioning that worked, but the hotel staff told us that most of the hotel was like that so that changing the room would not help. Otherwise everything else was good.

BEWARE: NOT a 4-star hotel I arrived at the hotel at about 6.30 pm, and showed my documents to the receptionist. When asked he told me breakfast started at 8 am. I told him I had tour trips started at 7 am, and requested if I could be given some packed breakfast. He said, ‘No we do not provide that.’ I was surprised that it being a four-star hotel, it did not have the facility to provide packed breakfast. He told me it was not a four-star hotel; it was a boutique.I showed him the website where the hotel was being advertised as a four-star hotel. He said that was a mistake which he would get rectified. It still has not been fixed. I went to bed around 10.30 pm and then woke up around 1 am, sweating and feeling dizzy as the AC was not working. I contacted the receptionist, and after sometime she said the AC had been switched off, somehow. She put the AC back on and it took time for the room to cool down before I could sleep again. There is no provision of having bed tea or coffee in the room, you have to go down to the lobby. Also, a disposable shaver, shaving cream, tooth brush and tooth paste were not provided as is a norm in any four-star hotel. I received a partial refund as compensation, but the hotel still lists itself as 4 Star. Beware.

A great start to our vacation.
The location was great for a couple of days stay in Lisbon and quiet even though we were in the think of things. A great breakfast to get your day started and the complimentary port at the end of the day was a nice touch. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. The room was a little small and hanging space was minimal, but the bathroom was spacious and excellent.
