The place was clean, the staff was awesome, the location was perfect because you were so close to the manhattan and Brooklyn bridges, and they let me take a free bike all day to explore the city. In Manhattan in minutes and got to explore downtown Brooklyn and Dumbo. I highly recommend for the price.

Beware they charge an ‘amenity’ fee that is separate from the normal fee. And you have to pay even if you do not use the bar, cafe or any other amenity. Makes perfect sense, huh? We came back to our room and the cleaning staff (hopefully?) did not latch the door to our room leaving it open for anyone to go in. There was hair that wasn’t ours in the shower. The toilet seat was barely attached. The person checking us in was more interested in replying to texts than guests. It’s a good location if you can get past everything else.

Ok location in downtown Brooklyn w quick bridge access to Manhattan. Rooms are bit dated and in need of a refresh. The main issue is the noise. We were on the 2nd floor and it was incredibly loud with street work (specifically jackhammering outside) that sounded like it was happening in the room. Also felt the room shake when the train would go by. Not a great place for rest due to noise.

Im scared of elevators and their elevator is very old besides that i have no complaint with this hotel. I do wish they had a smoking area on one of their rooftops so is us smokers didnt have to stand in front of the building. Overall great stay great area staff was nice and helpful i enjoyed their bar area. I had a horrible experience with hotels.com but the Tillary made up for it.
