For me, the room was very small with no table or desk to work.

A gem in Hell’s Kitchen!
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the theme of eco-consciousness throughout the hotel. It is easily accesible to several NYC atttractions. Loved this experience!!

Very Different
I enjoyed the playful attitude of the attitude. Despite the playful attitude, the staff is friendly and professional. The internet is the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The view from my room was very nice. I never had a need to connect anyone for help or explanation. The restaurant is not to my taste but others may find it perfect. I have already booked it again.

Very disappointing
My mom booked Yotel as a graduation gift. The staff was incredibly rude to us and treated us like an inconvenience when we were having a problem checking in. They’re customer service was atrocious. While we were at the front desk three other people had complaints and the enployees not only did nothing, they also showed no empathy for the situations at all. This is a service industry. Most of us are here on vacation. Even if our problems are ridiculous, I expect to be at least be treated like I’m spending the $200-600 a night I am there. The only good thing was one of the employees, I think he was a bellhop or IT guy, he was kind and helpful. The person who could help me was rude to me and my mother on the phone. The room was small and poorly designed: every time we took a shower the bathroom got soaked. The upholstery on the table next to the bed was ripped and looked gross. The “special” vending machine on our floor had two food options and both of them were sold out. When we first checked in there were no signs where to go, and there was two women looking for the club at the hotel. They just left because it was difficult to find even the restaurant there. It was poorly designed, most of the employees were rude and apathetic, and the room was way below expectations for the price. If the owner spent more money on the actual amenities and better staff instead of weird interior design and inconsistent technology this would be an alright hotel.
