    We have a problem !!!

    It was ok recognizing the age of the hotel. Location was very good.Staff was helpful and accommodating when we had to request things. Room wasn’t cleaned the day it was supposed to be but they did it the next day Major problem when we checked in: we were told our room would be facing a courtyard. It faced a long, very dark corridor between two buildings close to each other brick wall to brick wall. They ‘upgraded’ us to a room that was light and airy and had street visibility BUT charged us $50 each night plus other fees ; I want that rectified by Hotels. com. Call me at 949-836-7360!!!!!!

    Nice Location

    Great location- close to many of the top attractions and places to eat. The room was clean and for the most part in good condition. As far as the “city view,” there wasn’t one our view was of a brick wall and the window to room near ours. One bit of advice we is to give yourself plenty of time to get down to the lobby from the upper floors. The wait time is insane to get down in the mornings which caused us to miss a reservation. Otherwise our experience was nice at this location.

    Mold and trash

    The main part of the room was well appointed, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable. However, it smelled a bit like mildew and we noticed patches of mold on several places on the walls of the room. Staff was quick to respond and clean it. Then a little later we went to check out the mini bar and found it full of trash. Lobby was nice, location was great.

    Best trip ever

    From the first person you meet when you get out of your car, to checking out, everyone at the Warwick was exceptional. Kind, thoughtful, funny, and just overall enjoyable to be around. It was an absolute pleasure staying here and I won’t ever want to stay anywhere else when visiting Manhattan.

    Nice hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s an old hotel but it definitely felt clean. My problem was with the escalators they are small and it sometimes took quite a while to get down to ground floor !

    Value = location, comfort and cleanliness

    We chose the hotel for its impeccable location and overall value. We of course expected cleanliness and good service. The hotel is showing its age a bit, and the COVID restrictions led to a distinct lack of opportunities for exceptional service. No bottled water or coffee supplies were on hand, though the room had a coffee maker. No change of towels for 3 days is a bit too much. That said, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were fresh and cool. Would stay again but call ahead to ask about any service restrictions. Overall, good value!

    Very nice hotel

    The hotel was great for what we wanted. My son had a bike race in Central Park that started at 6a. The hotel was close to the park, clean and very nice; particularly for the price. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
