Housekeeping was very respectful and pleasant. Some hotels the interactions with housekeeping makes you don't want them in your room even while you're there. Not The Inn at Crossroads. You will love the hospitality through out the whole hotel.

Beautiful unique boutique style hotel! Main floor/ lobby was very pretty and well appointed. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, took time to tell us about all the amenities within the hotel and our guest room, even though we arrived at 10pm and stayed only one night. Our guest room was very comfortable, clean and quiet; huge flat screen TV, remote for heat/AC (nice touch!), comfortable bedding and full bathroom amenities. Continental breakfast was as expected (minimal offerings) but we’re not big on Continental so it wasn’t a problem; we did enjoy the coffee provided in the lobby. Definitely would reserve here again if we are back in the area.

Nice hotel in a very small SC town. Not much going on here and unfortunately the on site restaurant was closed the day we stayed. There was exactly one restaurant open in town, a Mexican spot so it’s a good thing we like Mexican. Employees were friendly and someone has definitely spent money on this place. Not sure how the economy of this town supports it. Room was nicely appointed but fridge leaked, also no tissues. We sat outside in the morning and did some work and it was very nicely landscaped with flowers, fountains etc. Wish the bar/ restaurant was open the day we stayed as the on site dining was one of the reasons we selected the hotel.

Iwas looking for a room in Florence and this came up first on the Expedia website. I was not aware that it was very off the highway. At first I was really upset that we were driving 20 miles away but when we arrived to the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. We loved the hotel and it was in walking distance to some very fun places to grab some food and a drink. It was worth the drive.
