not cleaned well
Hotel is in an excellent location; is large with many amenities however, it is not cleaned properly and lacks the feeling of upkeep. There was candy wrappers on the floors; cigarette butts under the edge of the bed and the towels and wash clothes were worn out and limited. This would be a nice hotel if it were cleaned properly.

The valet parking crew had the worst attitudes & check in process was horrible. We didn’t get into room until almost 2 hours later after check in at 4pm, stated room wasn’t cleaned yet. Parking was a huge inconvenience had to walk across the street.

Nice resort, great for families
the indoor water park was larger than expected and separated into two areas (there are two separate towers to this resort) which was not evident by the online description but overall slides, bball pools, hottubs, kids play areas were as expected and kids all enjoyed a lot. Water was a bit cloudy but clean.. maybe something to do with their filtration? But chlorine levels/pH didnt seem to be an issue so was comfortable. Outside lazy river was warm and clean. Rooms were fairly nice, very spacious, kitchens had all I needed, even had washer dryer (bring detergent!). Housekeeping was fair (most days we had beds made, towels changed and vacuuming which is really all we need) but an item of clothing disappeared from the dryer when left for a quick morning outing and came back 3 hrs later after the room was cleaned. It's one those situations I as I am that I have 2 hands unless it walked out on it's own, it was removed. I don't care so much about the item as I feel unsettled and viloated. Lots to do in the resort for kids including a cute playground, mini golf, beach, pools and daily activities (some free, some up to 10 dollars). Restaurant was SLOW....waited 45 minutes for hot dog, wings and grilled cheese. Food was satisfactory and acceptable given I didnt feel like driving. The main tourist spots in MB are 30-40 blocks south... not a quick walk, but the benefit of being up north is peace and quiet! I would stay here again but hope for a better housekeeping experience.

Had a great view of ocean from the balcony. Close to beach and Water parks were well maintained. Hot water and Shower Pressure were good. Two TV's in the room was a plus.
