Our family enjoyed the stay. Friendly staff however, Didn’t can a lackThere there was a lot of marijuana smoking around the property in the parking garage and on balconies. And my family and grandchildren with me and this was the only downfall

Hotel wasn’t bad and sits right on the beach. Breakfast buffet was on point. They do charge you $12 to park at the hotel which makes no sense to me if you are staying there.

I would never book with them ever again along with hotels.com my very first room had a dead roach I complained in they gave me another room got this room in my shower don’t work at all so I called maintenance came to fix in left the tub dirty with all the dirt that came out the shower head telling us it worked but it was so late everyone went to sleep so here morning in the shower is not working I called 2 times they told me maintenance was coming I had two a head of me they never came in it’s not check out time I’m complaining still all the offered me was free parking but I wanted a full refund due to no one out a party of 5 got to wash at all the whole stay they told me since I went 3rd party to book that I had to contact hotels.com come in I was unsatisfied with the helper I received talking bout in my policy it doesn’t say I get a refund so overall I’m upset about the whole vacation I’m NEVER WOULD BOOK AGAIN THEM OR HOTELS

Hotel was pretty bad, but workers were great.
Tv did not work properly (only 4 channels available, the rest said "no signal"). Indoor pools were not available which was the main reason why I wanted to bring my kids here. We had originally booked at Dunes Village Resort but canceled because they sent out an email stating that there pools would be out on service. Only to find out at check-in here that the pools were closed as well. Wish we would've had a notice before we booked at Captains Quarters. Also none of the vending machine worked on any of the floors...just fyi, might wanna have that fixed as well. But on a good note, all the staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Level six bar, maintenance, housekeeping and frontdesk staff were awesome!
