Tight but well appointed room (cleverly decorated) overlooking the plaza had wonderful views including the castle. Comfortable bed. Location was centrally located in Braixa area and close to food and sites. The staff was always available and helpful. Attentive and accommodating to our situation when our flight to Lisbon delayed. Breakfast available for additional fee.

6/10 Good

There was nothing bad about the hotel but nothing fabulous. If you want to stay in Baxia the location in great. The rooms were small and no real closet space, it had everything you would need and was very clean. I had breakfast at the hotel once and it did the job. There are so many wonderful restaurants that were far better. The hotel staff were all very young and preferred to look at their computers or phones rather than guests. When I asked questions they answered but it seemed like it was a bother. It all depends on what you're looking for in a hotel.

Hotel was in a great location. We checked out before breakfast but were provided a breakfast box which was greatly appreciated. Air conditioning kept the room somewhat cool. Not as cool as we like it however, we were there during a heat wave.
