8/10 Very good

Very nice hotel in the middle of Baixa and close to everything. The room was very clean and fresh. There is a big cosy bar where you also could eat small dishes, but they also got a real restaurant. The breakfast was not very big but quite okey. They were very slow to fill on the plates and bowls when they were empty, we had to ask for that several times. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice to have a complimentary cocktail! The vibes of the lobby, bar and restaurant are great. Great music. Our room was small …but we were only there 1 night. When I stay again I’ll book larger room. Great location to walk to many things.

We had an amazing stay at Browns Central Hotel! We were at the tail end of a long honeymoon, and had a lovely touch of sparkling wine and some decoration in our room! It was so sweet. Our room was comfortable, clean, and the hotel is so charming! We loved spending time in the beautiful lobby bar. Overall, a wonderful stay!

10/10 Exceptional

Compared to our last stay at the Intel hotel in Shaveningen Holland where we stayed for our wedding, this was everything we were looking for and more. First stay on our honeymoon in Portugal. Really wonderful roomy hotel in the bustle of Lisbon. Great proximity to walking around the city. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great value for the money spent.
