Exceptional 10.0
Very nice hotel and good value in great location
Unbeatable location to see the Belem area of Lisbon. Nice hotel; very large room, and nice view. Power access is very good in the room. The water pressure is excellent and gets hot quickly. A few odd things about the bathroom. The shower has doors that shut, but a lot of water ended up on the floor outside. I think the drain was so slow it was overflowing. The bathroom floor drain was also very slow, so half the floor remained flooded after a relatively quick shower. Also no towel bars, hooks, or shelves - very odd! Also no shelf in the shower - everything must sit on the floor. Again, quite odd, and a pretty easy fix that I hope they make. One other negative is there is no lift from the ground floor to reception on the 1st floor. However, from the 1st floor up, there are two lifts! The desk is staffed around the clock and they are quite friendly and helpful.

Great location
Perfect location for the local Belem attractions. Nice big room with huge bathroom. Wi-Fi didn't work on the top floor, but was ok in the lobby. Very nice staff at the front desk. Even accommodating with our late check-in.

Good service, bare bones rooms.
Great service, hotel rooms VERY basic which is fine if all you need is a bed and shower. Asked for iron, they were quick to deliver but no ironing board.. no phone to call reception.. very bare bones but I was comfortable enough during my stay and the service is excellent
