Fantastic resort above Lago Maggiore
Very nice hotel with stunning views over Lago Maggiore. Super friendly and helpful staff all around. Very nice breakfast buffet with additional orders fresh from the kitchen. We unfortunately stayed only one night, but we will be back.

Overall Impression:
The Sol Foundation conference was worthwhile, though less engaging than expected. The venue felt cramped, and the bed was undersized and uncomfortably firm. Dining was disappointing by Italian standards—uninspired dishes, with off-tasting bacon and overly runny eggs, compounded by unaccommodating restaurant staff. Bar great ... kid in Hall ...Buzz off
Highlights:
The €100 massage was truly exceptional—one of the best I’ve experienced—and the pool attendant was remarkably kind and attentive.
Concerns:
At checkout, the hotel attempted to charge €50 for pressing a dress I never owned, which was troubling.
Recommendation:
A pleasant location overall, but future guests should request a room upgrade and temper expectations regarding service and dining.

Wie immer eine tolle Adresse! Die Neugestaltung des Eingangsbereich, der Bar und des Restaurants ist toll! Hell und modern! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist so viel besser! Schön hat es auch beständiges Personal, die einem jedes Mal wieder begrüssen.

Schönes Hotel mit super Ausblick.
Leider haben wir die alten Zimmer bekommen und nicht die modernisierten.
Speissekarte ist sehr klein und hatte uns nicht so angesprochen, ist jedoch auch immer geschmack sache. Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausgiebig.

Teuer und mit allem wird Geld gemacht.
Superior wurde gebucht und das Zimmer hatte Teppichboden drin! Für mich als Allergiker nicht machbar. Auch war dies bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Anderes Zimmer nur mit Aufpreis buchbar! Mein Status wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Der Mehrpreis wurde bei der Bezahlung bemängelt, aber es wurde in keinster Weise darauf eingegangen. Ich wurde ständig von der Mitarbeiterin unterbrochen und habe im Endeffekt einfach bezahlt. Teures Hotel, bei dem mit allem Geld gemacht wird. Sehr schade. Ansonsten ist das Hotel positiv zu bewerten, außer der sehr laute Bach, der direkt neben dem Hotel verläuft. Altes Gebäude, dass sehr hellhörig ist.

마조레호수의 멋진 풍광을 만끽할 수있는 가성비 최고의 숙소~~ 아스코나 도시와 호수를 가까이 둔 낮은 지역에있는 호텔들보다 호수뷰를 더 잘 즐길 수 있다.
최고의 직원들 서비스와 이태리와 가까워서인지 조식의 가성비가 더 좋았다.
가족들끼리 오는 독일인.이태리인들이 많은걸보아 이미 유럽인들에게 소문이 난 곳인듯! 룸도 사이즈가 큰편이라 쾌적하다.

Wir waren jetzt schon das 3. Mal in diesem Hotel,
Abgesehen von der etwas komplizierten Anfahrt immer wieder schön. Vor allem der Blick auf den Lago Maggiore ist traumhaft.
Das Fitnessstudio und der Saunabrereich ist relativ klein, aber sehr schön.
Das Abendessen war ok, hatte aber noch Luft nach oben…
Der Service war sehr gut. Schön war auch, das mehrmals am Tag ein kostenloses Shuttle nach Ascona gefahren ist.

Geweldig hotel, met een waanzinnig uitzicht en met fantastisch personeel.
Minpunt, geen waterkoker of koffieapparaat op de kamer. Vrijwel alle kamers wel. Deze kamer was nog niet gerenoveerd ?? Hierdoor gedwongen om elke dag in de bar een kop koffie à 5,50 per stuk te bestellen.

Ein sehr angenehmes, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel etwas außerhalb von Ascona. Der Service ist ausgesprochen gut und das Restaurant empfehlenswert. Nur die Badezimmer sind etwas eng und erinnern ein wenig an die 80 iger Jahre.
