Honestly the worst! First, we overpaid - $50 USD & we paid $180 with tax. Then, no help with bags (& we had 4). Relied on kindness of stranger to haul them into lobby from curb. Knew room would be small but... bags barely fit! Then the noise... unbelieveable! Never again! STAY AWAY!

Personal amable. Habitacion pequeña pero limpia, estuvimos 3 noches. cucarachitas en el baño, no dejen restos de alimentos. No cambian las sabanas diario, dejan mucho que desear. LLeven sus propias toallas. Hotel tres estrellas, de acuerdo a su costo, Mucho ruido por la ventana, muchos transportes hasta la madrugada. Ubicacion excelente!

Todo muy bien, pero aun que se reservo para 3 adultos solo nos querían dar 2 toallas de bucha pero no había de mano, y al pedir la toalla extra de ducha y de mano solo llevaron 1 de ducha, al día siguiente solicitamos un cambio de toallas y se negaron.

El personal es muy amable, nos guardaron el equipaje antes del Check in y después del Check Out. La habitación estaba limpia, el baño estaba limpio. La ubicación es excelente, a una cuadra del paseo de la Reforma y tiene dos paradas de metrobus cerca. Lo único que encontramos molesto fue que hay demasiado ruido, fuera de eso nos volveríamos hospedar.
