This hotel is beautiful. It is elegant but warm. The rooms are a lovely size and the back gardens are such a great outdoor relaxation spot. What makes this hotel special though are its people. They were not only kind, looking for opportunities to do more for their clients, but they were knowledgeable. I can not thank them all enough for making our stay so enjoyable.

What a lovely business trip! From the moment I arrived I was greeted by smiling faces at both the entrance and then during check in with my guest service host Meÿke. She went out of her way to book me a ticket to the Van Gogh museum and a private sunset wine and cheese cruise on the canals on the most beautiful wooden boat. The propertyi is immaculate and the service is 5 star all around. Finally the beds were like sleeping on figurative clouds. I highly recommend this hotel.

I love the Waldorf Astoria Hotel brand. Their hotel staff know how to make a traveler feel at home. How ? 1.Tending to my needs for clean rooms. 2 Providing information about where to go or where to eat. 3. The turndown service with my selected scent sprayed around the room and bed before I went to sleep. 4. Free bottles of water each day. Most premium hotel don't do that anymore. 5. Getting the door for me evert time. 6. Researching local pharmacies to find contact lens cleaning solution for my specialized contact lens.
