Exceptional 10.0
Great experience
The room was very small and sparsely furnished, but for a romantic getaway, who cares? It was clean and comfortable. The front desk was very nice and helpful and the housekeeper was always smiling and saying hello. Breakfast was not very varied, but what there was was delicious. My GF loved the “calentado.” We also enjoyed a bottle of wine and a delicious shrimp cocktail on one of the evenings. Our waiter was as attentive as he could be considering he had a lot of tables and also very nice. Great location right between Andino and Unicentro. .

Good 6.0
Comfortable but small
Room was very modern and clean although somewhat small. Totally fine for an overnight, but would not want to stay multiple nights. Room was quiet and several restaurant options within short walk.

Stayed there for one night and again another night next week after that. I traveled to Colombia as a tourist and I don’t know why they charged me for taxes on the second night. I tried to explain that it didn’t happen last week but it didn’t help. Also for the first night the provided us a heater cause the room temperature cannot change. But they couldn’t provide it on the second night. Overall my stay was just OK
