Worst hotel in bogota
I am really disappointed about this hotel, service was not as expected. Had problems with two shirts in the dry clean that were damaged, also quite a few fees like having a companion for 65usd was quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, hope you could help me spread the word out.

AVOID! Paper-thin walls and a dribbling shower
The staff is excellent - efficient, friendly, aware and very accommodating. The lobby restaurant is also good. However the room itself is a different story. When traveling on business I look for the following in a hotel room: clean, good bed, quiet, dark, a shower with good water pressure and decent wi-fi. The rest is a bonus. The Hilton Bogota is one of the most expensive hotels in the city and they fail the basics. The walls between the rooms are paper thin - I could clearly hear complete conversations in the next room. I also heard every cough, flushing toilet, alarm clock, closing door and ringing phone. Unacceptable. And the shower pressure resembled a dribbling garden hose after you close the spigot, If it wasn't for gravity there would have been no shower at all. In summary, the people, amenities and location are great but the hotel has fatal flaws. Stay at the NH instead. Or for just $90 a night enjoy a suite at the far better Bogota Plaza Summit and have some decent Italian food at their rooftop restaurant.
