Unpolite Restaurant Manager
Location, Location, Location, this hotel is centrally located at the Zona Rosa/Pink Zone, were most of the action is located in Bogota. The staff with the exceptional of the restaurant manager whom is not very polite and treaded us like trash is exceptional. The Hotel needs updating but soon there will be a brand new Four Seasons Hotel next door.

Quiet room, nice stay
Comfortable, cozy, quiet room. The door to the hallway was heavy and the walls were well soundproofed, plus the blackout window shade made the room a perfect sleeping cocoon. Mattress had down pillow-top that felt like sleeping on a cloud (might be too soft for some, but seemed like it could be removed if needed). Pillow menu included many pillow choices. Good restaurants nearby. Staff was kind and attentive.
