Decepcionada. No lo recomiendo
Terrible. La habitación limpia superficialmente, full polvo. Las tomas eléctricas del baño no funcionaban ni el secador de cabello. 1hora 20 min despues de 6 llamadas y bajar a buscarlo lo obtuve. Una señorita de nombre Laura me dijo con lindas palabras que cuando se desocupara alguien lo llevaria, y ella no sabia cuando seria... Luego de 1 hora. Al subir habia un hombre reparando cables aun cuando tenia el aviso de no molestar. Ese evento, la poca capacidad de solamente enviar otro secador de cabello q funcionara y la actitud soberbia y poco empatica del gerente fue decepcionnte. La ubicación no es la mejor hay que tener prudencia. Nada de caminar por la noche. La comida es excelente y el servicio de restaurante. No hay aire acondicionado y las ventanas permean el ruido de la calle. Cama cómoda, la nevera botaba agua sola. Otros empleados amables, porteros, mesoneros y camareras. No volveria y no lo recomiendo.

Great stay!
Everything was awesome! Super smooth check in, everything we needed we were able to get by just asking (extra soap, toilet paper, etc.). We slept well on a form mattress and didn’t really hear any noise at night. The real surprise was breakfast- we never get anything with this much variety in the states! The hotel is close by to a lot of busses you can take to the famous spots, and within walking distance there are so many great restaurants and bars. Truly a great experience. I will absolutely be staying here the next time I come to Bogotá.
