Great place to stay in Bogota
The hotel has a very good location. My room was quiet although with a limited view. I liked bedding. The buffet for breakfast was great, especially with bakery products and fruits. However soups were poor. Receptionist Daniel and bell boy Leonardo are very intelligent and helpful and made my stay happy.

Lots of joy to stay in such hotel!
I liked the location of the hotel and a very friendly treatment by the staff. The receptionists Fabian and Daniel were very helpful in consulting and addressing my requests. Big thanks!

Excellent new find
Excellent midtown hotel. Near shopping and business support activities such copy centers, notarías, etc. The desk staff and doormen are somewhat complacent and onorous. Sending a elitist feeling to the traveler vs. Helpful and welcoming. Must wrestle your way in vs. Welcoming. Other staff very kind and helpful. Great breakfast bar and nice staff. Rooms are good and simply decorated. Good views. Inhouse parking and other nice commodities.

Know Before You Go
The staff was relatively friendly as my check-in was smooth and I was offered a complimentary upgrade for which I was very grateful. However, the breakfast was out of hot food every time I arrived within the final hour of service (9-10am). I had to ask twice one day and every other day if they were going to replenish the buffet before closing time. I felt like a burden to the restaurant staff. Also, while the “security” policies are logical, I did not appreciate being asked to see my room key or know my room number multiple times per day as I come and go. Finally, I would recommend booking for 2-4 people from the onset even if you are traveling solo because they have a circuitous guest policy that doesn’t allow for more than the number of people on the registration. They tried to charge me more than I paid for the room in order to have a guest. When I said that I would simply book a second room, they offered me to pay a lower fee. I speak spanish but when I was questioning the guest fee, the receptions spoke English in a loud and condescending way. The security guard also lingered and watched me as if I was a criminal. After all of the rigmarole I experienced at this hotel, I do not think I would stay here again. There are many nice and affordable hotels in Bogota. Unfortunately, this one is not on my list to recommend. Do better Metrotel 74.
