Well located for the train station and sights of Venice and restaurants and shops. Generally pleasant stay in a nice room on the top floor. Good breakfast. If you are looking for a very nice, well air conditioned, lovely breakfast, and away from the business of St. Mark’s Square, this is the place for you. We walked from the train station. It is nice to stay further away from the action so you can experience more of the beautiful city. We strolled along the paths and found all sorts of delightful places to eat and visit. Would definitely stay here again.
