Great location, good breakfast and very spacious apartment (though kitchen was a bit small, could only really accommodate 1 person at a time). Only downside was the mosquitoes in the apartment. Didn’t expect them in what was cool weather in March, but my son in particular was really badly bitten. You might want to bring insect repellent.

I would without a doubt stay here again for our next trip to Venice. The property itself is so rich in history and with just a 5 min walk from the Rialto stop on the water bus, in the Castello district, everything you need is so close by. Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious, extremely clean, and very well stocked. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay such as breakfast food in the unit and a washer and dryer. Appliances were new and staff was friendly. It was a 10/10.
