Excellent customer service. The surrounding area has a lot of plazas and stores. Spacious room and nice views especially from the 5th floor. Only issue was the shower, water wasn’t even lukewarm when set to warm/hot. Bathroom wasn’t spacious (toilet placement). Overall, great stay.

My granddaughter and I had a very nice overnight stay at this establishment. The bed was very comfortable and I really like the four marvelous pillows! We asked for and received a late checkout as my granddaughter was a bridesmaid in a 3:00 wedding. Helpful and courteous staff made this hotel an excellent choice!

The area and the property was great. Very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is close to a lot of eateries. I did not like the room as much. Small and cramped. The shower curtain would not stay closed because of the rolling things it’s hooked onto, the curtain itself doesn’t stop water either so outside the tub was soaking wet, the tiles were cracked and chipping and the AC doesn’t go below 68 degrees, which was disappointing. I look forward to waffles at breakfast and they only have it on the weekends. Pretty disappointed in my experience even though the property is well maintained.
