Very clean and comfortable. The coffee maker in-room was a constant challenge but we dealt with it. Our view was of the railroad station and tracks (not so hot) but the others in our party had rooms overlooking the city which were excellent. The staff was awesome and couldn’t have been more helpful. The location can’t be beat being right there in the center of the action and adjacent to the Centraal Station. I would definitely stay here again without even looking at other options.
