Loved this hotel. In quite area but only 15 min walk to the centre. Lovely area just down from hotel with bars by the canal that we loved. Beds extremely comfortable and extra pillow on request. Would most certainly recommend and stay again

The staff are super helpful. They helped me navigate the local area, made recommendations, and ordered reliable water taxis when I had to leave early in the morning to meet tours. The property is clean and quiet and close enough to walk to the center of town and the train station. St. Mark's Square is a little further out but easily reachable by water taxi, water bus or a 30 min walk..

Aunque no está en el centro de Venecia, está cerca de la estación de tren y caminando son prácticamente 20 minutos a Rialto. Es una cultura más local que turística lo que lo hace más tranquilo y familiar. La persona en recepción nos ayudó con las sugerencias para desayunar y comer a un buen precio, así como nos guió hasta la habitación para explicarnos todo. Instalaciones en muy buen estado y muy cómodo. Volvería sin duda.

Excellente situation de l'hôtel dans un quartier très plaisant à la fois calme et animé ; diverses possibilités de restauration à des prix encore raisonnables . Il y a encore une vraie vie de quartier populaire . Nous avons pu profiter des conseils de la Signora Viviana qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement et avec beaucoup de compétence .
