Very lovely welcome to a historic and plush, cosy stay at Jorvik House for a post Christmas getaway. Everything fantastic, only mimor gripes that Yorks parking might be a tad cheaper, perhaps there are cheaper ones than the conveniently located Marygate car park a stones throw away.

Check in was a very pleasant experience. We took advantage of the luggage check and on return to the hotel for check in our bags had been delivered to our room.
