Central and not expensive!

The hotel staff, and reception area was quite nice. They insist on following you to the room, which I'm not a fan of, but I guess it's the costum most places in Asia. The only issue I had was that the room was without windows. There were one window in the shower, but I feel slighly claustrophobic with no windows in the room. The room was big, had what you needed with 2 sofas and a big tv. Bed was comfortable, so nice enough. They probably have windows in other rooms.

Nice hotel, however a little costly for its age. Does not have a decent bar to grab drink. Only a couple bottles in the dining area. I paid 90 baht for a coffee but next door at 711 you can get a better coffee for 50 baht! Staff are fantastic! It's handy to walk to everything! The traffic is totally gnarly!!

Yet another wonderful stay at this place. Even when it was my second time here, Yoko, the front desk staff recognised me immediately and was as helpful as could be. The breakfast was again, though limited, was fresh and delicious. I just wish the butter was pure butter and not blended butter (just my preference 😅) I recommend the Korean BBQ place next door (Jin Seng). Very delicious, value for money and only a short walk away. Definitely will stay here again if I have business around this area.

They do need to increase their signage off the road as my taxi drove straight past it, their restaurant sign for the Thyme restaurant was more noticeable which confused us. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned well. Breakfasts were very relaxed and yummy. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were poor. Overall it was a base to roam from and to sleep in. It achieved this and was very comfortable.

Nice sized room, clean, and conveniently located. The hotel smells of stale cigarette but the room was fine. I did ask for non-smoking room. Staff was extremely nice. Just a few things that was off was the bed sheet (flat sheet) had a tear, and we had to ask for tissues both roll and box. I guess maid service needs a little attention. But overall I did enjoy my stay.

This is not a four star hotel and it didn’t seem like it just been renovated as advertised. I got a king bedroom which is look like an old condominium. There are other permanent tenants lives there as well. The room is old and in poor condition. Not clean and utility weren’t working properly.the price won’t cheap. I won’t go back there for sure.

3,5/5. Many problems but location and staff good!

So, the stay wasn't bad. It had a lot of what I needed. VERY close to metro, VERY close to 7 Eleven and VERY close to generally visited areas. There were however some things about the actual place itself that I, as an avid hotel goer, would try to avoid when booking hotels. Here they are as a list. Before the list I want to say that the service was super good. Friendly staff. Very friendly staff. - I got an "upgrade" to a different building that I did not ask for to a room that was an apartment, which I also didn't ask for nor had booked. - Room was falling apart, holy... almost every surface had wood falling off. The light in safe room i could not find the switch for (my fault maybe) - Very likely bed bugs in the sofa at least. But in the elevator they talk about it on posters for the apartment so makes sense I guess. I did check under the bed, but idk I have billions of red spots on my skin that are not pimples or mosquito bites. (if you read this make note that this is in the different building NOT main hotel) - Cleaning lady forgot to close my door one day. I mentioned to staff and they were nice about it so no problem but when the cleaning staff is lacking in effectiveness it does drag down the total evaluation - Prostitutes in both hotel lobby and condo lobby at times. :( BUT it's a 3,5 stars out of 5. I would personally not book it again but if you read this you can SAFELY book this place. I visit countless hotels every year. This is super fine. It's good

Location is good. Not too far from Suhkumvit Road BTS. I was put into the condominium building. 1st the card wouldn’t open door. Move to 2nd apartment. The smell of damp musky odour was strong in corridor. Couldn’t understand how people live with that. Apartment was huge. But it was dated. AC units were very noisy when the inverters kicked in. Just outside window. The main fault was the intermittent sewerage smell emitted from the floor drain in toilet. Top of toilet was in need of a deep clean. House came in,but didn’t clean it down. View from window was multi car park building. I reported it to reception on checkout. Breakfast was ok. Best thing was the espresso. Staff were very polite and attentive when approached.

Okay

Overall this was a disappointing stay. Like other guests, I was “upgraded” because the room I booked wasn’t available. This meant I was in a different building behind the hotel. While the room itself was enormous, the overall condition was not impressive. The building and rooms might have been great 10 or 15 years ago, but they are definitely used and tired now. Some peeling wallpaper, little moths/flies randomly in the room, and I did kill two little cockroaches during my stay. I get that Bangkok is hot and humid and bugs are a way of life, but it just added to the disappointment. The workers were polite, but most were just that. If all you’re looking to do is sleep and shower there are worse options. Wouldn’t spend time hanging out here, though.
