Unforgettable
Kimpton hotel according to me was the best decision I made in my recent trip to thailand. They inaugurated the hotel in the year of covid 2020.The hotel owner have special place in his heart for pets so it’s a pet friendly hotel & I got to see so many cute dogs n puppies (though I am scared of dogs) Now coming to staff, they were super friendly & helpful. If u ask me about cleanliness, each spot of the hotel was sparkling. I gave few shirts to get dry clean which was returned in a timely manner. Even minor medical requests like a heat pad are available for the guest requirements. Let’s not forget about their breakfast buffet which was healthy, fresh & I couldn’t stop myself from trying everything. They even set up our bathroom on my request in such a short time which I am so thankful to the staff. We had soo many unforgettable memories while our stay in Kimpton hotel & I would love to stay again with them if I ever get chance.

Amazing weekend stay at Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok
Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok is one of those hotels that you will keep coming back to ... it's modern, minimalist, cozy, great location, excellent facilities and one of the best staff in the hotel industry so compliments to the management. Check-in: waited for a few minut before someone attended to me, but that's fine; we were escorted to our room and explained everything we needed to know. The one who brought us our luggage was also perfect! I will get his name and update my review. He helped us navigate how to use Chromecast from my phone! This guy also was very cheerful! He alway said hi when he saw us in the lobby and would check on us and our stay! Concierge: Oui (super excellent!) and Beer (very entertaining!). These two are simply the best! Very helpful and so apparent that they love what they do! If you need help with anything, go to them, and they will go the extra mile to help! Kudos to Oui and Beer! Stock.Room: The staff and service at Stock.Room is simply outstanding! Breakfast with a smile 😊 All of them are fantastic and good at their jobs! Housekeeping: I had a minor concern, but it was immediately resolved. Duty Manager, Knot, handled it like a pro. Lovely new hotel
Highly insta-worthy hotel with an extensive breakfast and a pet/family friendly foyer. Loved the free drinks by the pool from 5-6. Cool. clean set within a lovely garden. About a 15 minute walk to the sky train and Embassy Mall. The service was excellent and they were able to do a late checkout for us which was really appreciated. If you are going to the airport afterwards be aware that the taxi driver charged more than the quoted price so make sure you have a little extra cash on hand for that.

The best of the best service hotel. I have been around going places staying in many five and six stars hotels. I need to write a review for this hotel because oh boy everyone at the hotel is super duper nice and catering to whatever we ever needed. More than that they takes BIG DOGS and NO pet fee. We brought our two big golden retrievers (110lbs and 90lbs) from US to Thailand through Test & Go thing. Wowwww they made our big moves easy. They provided yummy pet ice cream, dog bowls and beds. For human it’s even more awesome. Breakfast is beyond good. You need to go get your breakfast. The choices are both western and oriental food plus Thai food. They have the dinner set options and wow it’s soo good. The price is right!!! Not expensive for this level of service. When we came back to the hotel for the second time because my husband needed to see doctors in Bangkok. Wowwww Khun Grape from the hotels brought us flower, customized CARDS with our dogs photo on it to wish my husband to get well and welcome us back plus yummy ice cream for free. They are area to walk your dogs. The only complaint though is that dog bowls abs dogs beds are too small for our dogs 😂😂😂 not their fault. We are big dogs from the US. Too much good things to say about them. You just need to experience it yourself.

1. After check in, they didn’t deliver my luggage to my room. After asking them by phone, they asked me the color and size of my luggage, and finally they didn’t find. So I went to the lobby to look for it, then found outside the lobby. This case shows cooperation of the staffs are not working well. 2. When we requested wine glasses for red wine, the operator said they had no such glasses other than the glasses equipped in the room, but we found a room service wagon had such wine glasses, so we asked the room service guy for the glasses. The guidance on the phone was not true.
