Bugs Everywhere
I chose this as it has great reviews and was close to the airport for a quick turnover flight. Upon entering, the lobby is magnificent and it feels like a decedent place. This was the best part. I entered my room and immediately killed a bug in the entry. I then opened my bag and got my toiletries out , in the bathroom I killed another cockroach. I thought, maybe it is a thin gin this country with the weather? As I left the room two more roaches crawled out the door way. I informed the staff and they profusely apologized and switched rooms. When we went to take my things out of the room, there were literally at least ten roaches crawling on the chair, walls. The staff were taking pictures of them! I then went into the new junior suite which was nice but I was already creeped out. In the morning I went to take a shower and there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. I screamed, packed and left. I would want to stay there again for the beautiful lobby, and relaxing bar and food. But I could never get passed wondering if there were bugs in the room or the bed. Awful experience.

Nice hotel with great, but pricey food
Nice hotel connected to the airport. The reception and restaurant area looks great, and the pool and garden looks very good for an airport hotel, as well. The dinner buffet and the breakfast were really good (but dinner was expensive - Our most expensive meal in our 2 weeks in Thailand, by far, which is weird for a buffet, and we were not on a strict budget eithe) The staff is very helpful and nice. And they have free shuttle to the airport departure area. The room was nice and clean, BUT really hard beds and pillows. Also they have a huge window in the bathroom. So you feel you are staring at your family while using the toilet, although they have blinds (that don't really work). I have no idea what was the thought behind that solution. Prices for minibar items are almost 10X what you can find in stores in the airport. However it is so convenient to stay this close to the airport, so we will be going here next time as well. But one night was enough for a family of 4. My son who is 8, also wanted to play the fussball table in the sportsbar (at 5 pm with 2 people in the restaurant/bar) but we were asked to leave as he was too young to be in there. I would agree after 8/9 pm if we were downtown Bangkok, and the bar had been half full, but what a strange policy for a sportsbar at an airport hotel.

Good 6.0
I checked into this hotel first thing 23 November expecting to occupy the room until early 24 November. However, I was told that my booking did not permit an overnight stay, only occupation during the day. My reservation email clearly states in the price breakdown that I have paid for one night. It provides a check-in time of 15:00 and a check-out time of noon. For this reason, I contacted the hotel in advance of my arrival and explained that I would require an early check-in on 23 November and an early check out on 24 November. The hotel advised “experience our 24 hours flexibility on check in and check out time count from time of check in at our hotel”. However, to secure the room for the night of 23 November I had to make an additional payment to the hotel of THB2010.60 which I find unacceptable. Both the reservation email and the subsequent email from the hotel led me to believe that I had secured the room until the morning of 24 November. When I made the booking, I gave a check in date of 23 November, check out of 24 November. I have tried to contact you vie the Expedia web site but the page doesn't work and the information I provided wouldn't send. Please treat this as a customer complaint. I would like the additional payment refunding immediately. I have cancelled my booking for 28/29 November as a result, which is inconvenient to say the least.

Poor 2.0
Worst night in a hotel
This was are last hotel stay after a 3 week trip around Thailand, for three weeks we had great hotel experiences and had an early flight out so decided to be as close to the airport as possible. The transport to and from the airport was quick and easy. The wi-fi is slow- 5-6 hours to download a movie, sheets had small holes and a few stains, bed skirt needed a hazmat team to remove it, everything was a little tired and worn looking. Our goal staying here was proximity to airport and good sleep. At 1 am everything went down hill the lights in the room started flicking on and off randomly at first it was confusing what was going on as it would stop for 30 minutes you would fall back a sleep and then it would start again also the strangest loud noises in the walls and ceiling. We thought we had it fixed at one point after playing around with the master light switch and fell back asleep and within less than an hour it was doing the same thing. Nothing more disturbing than having lights flick on an off while you are asleep. Knowing the only solution was a room change or maintenance person in our room we stuck it out knowing we were getting up within an hour. When we talked with the management in the morning they said "Sorry nothing we can do for you" We could have changed your room in the middle of the night but beyond that nothing can be done. From their attitude they could have cared less and offered no apology or discount on the room.

Just terrible
As an airport hotel, this hotel must cater largely to the jet-lagged and travel weary. We arrived in such condition, exhausted and frustrated. The shuttle dropped us at an entrance where you walk in and the first desk is the concierge - not check in. He directed us to the back left wall for check-in but this was just for Norwegian Air customers. They directed us to a 180-degree monstrosity which we had to walk to the other side of because none of the desks facing us were open. The lady at the desk was very unfriendly and frankly rude and did nothing to recognize our exhaustion or frustration or feel welcome. Our room was miles from the elevator. We had to make this hike, as I said, exhausted and with our very heavy backpacks which not a single staff member offered to help us with. As we had to leave for our next flight at 2am we were half asleep. The sign outside our room directed us "to the lift". However, this lift only went to the 2nd floor. We had to carry our heavy backpacks and weary selves for miles in the immense and poorly designed labyrinthine halls till we found an elevator to let us out. As an airport hotel catering to people in transit this was miserable and made our travel experience far worse. Also, the spa is disgustingly overpriced.
