Loved our experience here! Staff were talented and friendly. From check in to the day we sadly left, the staff were very attentive to our needs. We had a beautiful room with one of the best views on our entire trip through Switzerland. Delicious food in their restaurant. So much so that we ate several meals there. Will definitely go back to this little piece of paradise!!

Really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views from the room, very centrally located and close to the train, and looked forward to the breakfast every morning. Also highly recommend the pizza in the restaurant -- we ate here twice. And special thank you to Ellen at the front desk who was greatly helpful with some recommendations during our stay!

We had the Jungfrau Suite overlooking the mountains. The view was phenomenal! The location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was really helpful. I was hesitant to be so close to the railroad but they use cable cars that are virtually silent and it was no big deal at all! Will definitely be returning some day!

Family of 5. Loved the Hotel. Conveniently located 1-2 mins walk from train station. Onsite restaurant was excellent, with included breakfast. Restaurant terrace was excellent with amazing views. Staff were attentive. We had two bedroom suite which was plenty spacious for us. Only complaint is that the spa is fairly basic, and large outdoor hot tub not that hot enough.
