Hotel Bernerhof was a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the "classic" feel of an older hotel. However, the rooms were very modern and updated. The toilet and shower were small, but not too small (the room was retrofitted to accommodate them). We didn't need air-conditioning since the nights were so cool. The staff was very helpful and the room was convenient to anything we wanted to do.

Pros: the rooms are comfortable enough to take a rest at night after a long day of change trains and walking, the view from the top was really magnificent and picturesque really 👍👍👍👍, the receptionist was really nice and accommodating. I really appreciate her help regarding our booking. And just make sure to inform them if late check-ins for them to wait for you. Cons, for me not really an issue, just there are no elevators and if your not into shared bathroom. Advice: Just make sure you have some reserve food at your room and water if your not willing to take on the fountains but I find it really good especially in these areas. The stores really closes early or eat mostly on the restos. But I recommend the Santos Burger and Crystal bar. Overall the experience is worth it!!!! Enjoy yours too.🤓
