We were a little surprised as to how far it was from the centre of town but found ample transportation to get us where we had to go. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful.

The experience was excellent all-round. Very welcoming staff on arrival, easily park underground and lift, up to reception area. Very comfortable room and vibes as a result of the relaxing decor. Will definitely be back to relax and unwind again at the Radisson RED!

New hotel not close to anything within walking distance. Comfortable room, bed and bathroom. Screw up at reservation as given wrong room and had to return to front desk to resolve. Breakfast was a buffet style so food lukewarm and so-so. Little on the expensive side

New clean & modern hotel with free parking on outskirts of Galway. Definitely need a car or plan to get taxis in & out of city. Spacious room with couch, min fridge with free water on arrival & coffee pod machine. Some things were lacking or seemed like poor usability/design eg plugs for coffee machine/kettle didn't fit into the wall, no towels hooks or soap dish in bathroom, no gym etc. We used self check in/ machine so only met 2 members of staff during stay. Would definitely stay again if similar rate but location wise not as good as city centre Hotels we usually stay in as its next to industrial estates.

The Radisson RED has only been open for four months. Some of that newness shows in the staff. The frontline folks could use more customer service experience. The room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. The ground floor restaurant had excellent food. The bar however was quite under-provisioned, and couldn't make some pretty basic cocktails. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Really pleasant stay at the Radisson. Food was lovely (although a bit on the expensive side for portion sizes). Wait staff were lovely in the ground bar. The room was in excellent condition. There was confusion at the reception when checking in - the reception staff tried to say the room was not pre-paid and asked me to pay again. This took several minutes to sort and a lot of back and forth with different staff members, which wasn’t the best start to the stay after spending close to 3 hours driving to Galway. It was explained that the hotel is new opened, so hopefully this becomes more streamlined.

Nice looking hotel but really awful service, huge check in lines despite there not being many people to check in. This alone took about 40 minutes. Restaurant was really poor, it took 90 minutes for us to get our food after ordering, staff seemed utterly at sea and the food after such a long wait was mediocre at best. Perhaps it’s down to the newness of everything but really below any acceptable level of service.
