Very friendly staff and clean rooms! The room is a basic room with basic necessities but is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. Considering the location, there was very little noise at night for us. We enjoyed our one night stay.

You can tell it was an upgraded motel but for the best. It’s cute and clean, however, we needed to wash our clothes and the machine was a chained machine in the walkway. I wasnt expecting anything luxurious but didn’t feel expect homeless in the alley and around the corner and across the street. Great for the night.

Great trip

Food is not available at the hotel itself but there are lots of nearby places to eat as well as delivery. The rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. The beds are nice, not hard as a rock. Great pillows too, soft and fluffy.. Great AC and that's important in Phoenix! Easy parking, right in front of the room. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would definitely stay again.
