Staff was extremely helpful, although much communication was digital rather than in person. But it was effective. We appreciated the continental breakfast especially the coffee. The Nespresso and Keurig choices were outstanding. Looking forward to our next visit.

We can’t say enough about this GEM of a hotel! This was our first time staying here, but not our last! We have been fortunate enough to have stayed in many hotels in Boston, but this one is truly unique and wonderful! Negatives: poor soundproofing so could hear traffic noise outside, the hotel felt run down and carpets could use a good deep clean.
