Horrible experience
After spending an hour searching for a room with 2 beds, I booked Revere. We arrived 2 hours later and after waiting 30 min to check-in because no one was at the desk of a very busy lobby, I was told they only had king with a pullout. I was also told I would still be charged if I canceled. So I slept on a 2” lumpy mattress on a pull out couch for 350.00. The restaurant was overcrowded and short staffed to use the credit so we went to bed hungry. After contacting Hotels.com to express my frustration, I was offered to be reimbursed the “resort fee” of $30 which was a gym not a resort. Poor customer service. Shame on you Revere and hotels.com.
