We absolutely loved our stay here. We had a phenomenal view of the common from our room on the 21st floor. The staff was entirely accommodating and welcoming, rooms were very comfortable and well sized for our family of 4. The location is great, steps to Chinatown and the common. The North End is a short cab ride away if you have young travelers. Also, I love the design that there is private, underground car entrance, which allows for loading and unloading away from the hectic streets, and also that the reception and lobby is an elevator ride up. It makes it seem much calmer and more quiet and peaceful. Absolutely loved our stay, it's my new go to.

Great but not amazing
Overall it was a pretty good stay. We did have a city view room. It was the highest I think I have ever stayed in a hotel. The location wasn’t that great from a driving experience. Lots of one way streets etc so it’s not very easy to get to. A broadway show was also getting out when we arrived so there were people EVERYWHERE! The one thing that really bothered me though was that they didn’t offer discount or validated parking. It was $40 for overnight or $54 for valet (in and out access tho). I feel like most hotels I have stayed at, even in Boston do that for their guests especially since u are paying a good amount for a room
