Great location with Super Accommodating staff!

great and convenient location. The staff was super nice and helpful. We had our 3 year old son with us and requested an extended late check-out due to potential inclement weather to prevent going out in the rain before the airport, and the hotel team was so accommodating. We ended up getting an earlier flight out, so the late check-out wasn't needed after all.

Outstanding service from Abdel concerning the management of our vast amount of luggage (relocating to Europe). He encouraged us to take our time to decide which pieces to keep in the room, took care of the others, ensured and organized a van for the airport transfer a few days later and was always concerned with our comfort. THANK YOU very much Abdel !

A nice refuge during pandemic times

The Hyatt is a clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. During the pandemic times we stayed there, the pool was closed; however, the gym was open and is spacious with well-maintained equipment. It's in an odd location (I'd describe it as floor 4 1/2; can't quite explain how they configured this) but if the trade off is a great gym, so be it. The lobby bar is a congenial place and their bartender very helpful and friendly.

Great location for seeing Boston historic sites

Hotel location excellent -- just a few blocks from Boston Common (the beginning of the Freedom Trail). Walking to sights, ferry to National Historic Park (Old Ironsides), restaurants, etc. very easy. Just be prepared for encountering a lot of homeless folks (unfortunately, not unique to Boston). Hotel restaurant food was not bad, but not very interesting, either. Tip: We needed a car for the rest of our trip, but didn't want to pay for parking or drive around downtown; so, we took an Uber from airport to the the hotel and then rented a car from a facility just a few blocks from the hotel the day we left for the rest of our trip.

Stayed 3 nights; a very nice experience. Good location between the Common and the tourist pier. The valet parking is pricey (however, we did not have a car). Good restaurant. We paid around $230/night plus tax for a king-bed room and felt the money was well spent.

    Hotel restaurant

We ordered food to go in person from the hotel restaurant. The food was good, but our meals were put directly into a paper box with no liner. My husband had Cajun shrimp and grits that were just tossed in the box. I appreciate the greenness of the packaging, but it seemed a bit unclean.
