Nickle and dime hotel experience
Thin walls, and doors are loud when they close. You pay for everything!, I mean really, 2 bottles of water at 4$ a piece plus you have to pay for wifi. The nickel and diming is why I’ll stay some where else. Plenty of options around that area that won’t soak every cent from ya. I’m not a tourist so I get it.

Great family stay
Overall great stay with a great view from the 16th floor looking out toward the harbor. The guests in our adjacent room were rather loud one night, the beds were a bit softer than we’re used to, and it was a bit of a walk to the nearest garage. Otherwise great stay.

Thin walls = no sleep!
The hotel itself was conveniently located and overall very nice. However, there was a wedding at the hotel at the time of our stay and the people in the room next to ours decided to have a room party at 2 am. We called the front desk and complained, and security arrived and kicked them out. However, considering our only reason for staying at the hotel was to get a few hours' sleep before an early flight and we barely got any sleep because of the paper thin walls in inconsiderate guests, I would have hoped the hotel would have offered us some kind of compensation. Upon checking out and relaying the story to the front desk, all we got was a very uncaring, "sorry about that." from the clerk. At $200+/per night, I'd hope for a bit more.

The room was great. View was awesome. It was a 2 minute walk to the venue (Blue Hills Bank Pavilion), and a matter of minutes to anything else we wanted/needed to walk to. The Valet service was backed up pretty heavily when we got there, but cleared up pretty quickly. The only real complaint I have, is that the single bottle of spring water in the room had a $4 price tag on it...literally.
