      Hotels.com gave me a scary wake up call.

      The check in experience makes me not want to use hotels.com ever again. It’s scary when you already pay for your room and the hotel has no idea your coming because of some link issue between you and the hotel. Took a hour to get checked in because your system didn’t link with there’s properly.

      We were able to check in no problem. That night at about 1120pm, the fire alarm went off on our floor. We were told it was probably somebody smoking and to not evacuate. We went back into our rooms and the alarm continued on for almost 30 minutes while the fire dept stomped through our floor. Really disappointed in the safety procedure of the hotel.

      pretty good hotel

      Nice hotel and friendly staff but there were a few problems. Could not use AARP discount because I booked with Hotels.com! Tub was stained black. Had to continue to ask for towels and take out own trash out which I understand because of covid but there should be a system in place to have fresh towels available to people staying multiple days without us having to bother the front desk every day

      Great spt, beware the bellhops @ the entrance

      Loved the hotel. Nice spot in Boston. Terrific service. Good restaurant. All in all a great stay. Last day there, big problem. Asked the bellhop to get a cab for us. Nie guy. Great guy actually. He steps away though, and another guy says he'll help us. First clue he was scamming, he has to write the cab company name on his hand. Second clue,' How much to the airport' $40 he says, 'Oh really.' I ask him which cab company is coming, He doesn't reply. Says they will be there in 25 minutes. 25 minutes? Ballgame, I'm out, he's scamming people. I called him on it, he said 'I've got a 'friend' coming to get you and take you to the airport." BS. Nope, I found another cab, $14 to the airport. Red shirted guy, about 3:30pm on August 25th. Scam artist. He's getting paid and his friend isn't even a cab driver. Beware. Liked the hotel though.
